Buddhist Cultural and Welfare Society

Foundation Day

Every year on April 13, we observe Foundation Day, celebrating our organization’s journey. The day features cultural programs with local children participating in singing, dancing, and reciting. We also organize a food distribution program as a token of appreciation. Foundation Day reflects our commitment to empowering communities and fostering positive change.

Buddha Jayanti

We celebrate the birth anniversary of Gautam Buddha with great reverence and devotion. This day acts as a reminder of his teachings on peace, compassion, and enlightenment. We worship him and perform prayers.  We also participate in events like discussions, and cultural programs to honor his life and legacy. Through this celebration, we aim to inspire others to embrace his values for a harmonious world.

World Heritage Day

Every year, on 18th April we observe World Heritage Day. We actively participate in discussions on heritage, which are attended by professors, researchers, and enthusiastic students from various colleges and universities.
